4. Order processing times.

The estimates of order processing times provided by printingforall.com, even on estimates sent by email or provided by telephone, are to be considered purely statistical and indicative, therefore in no case binding. printingforall.com assumes no responsibility in the event of damage caused by any delays in delivery. Upon purchase, the Customer exonerates printingforall.com from any responsibility regarding delays in delivery, and is aware that any complaint in this regard will be immediately rejected. The times are to be considered starting from the date of payment, if this is immediately credited (payment by credit card or PayPal). In the case of payment by bank transfer or postal order, the start date begins from the date of receipt of proof of payment (accounting copy with CRO number issued by the bank or postal receipt) to be sent by email or fax to the addresses specified on the homepage of the site www.printingforall.com. Alternatively, or if the payment is not traceable despite the sending of proof of payment, the effective date will only start on the date of actual crediting to the current account in the case of a bank transfer, or on the date of delivery in the case of payment by postal order.

5 . Transport of goods

printingforall.com usually delegates the delivery of goods to the reliable courier UPS. In the event of unforeseen events or impossibility of transport via UPS printingforall.com reserves the right to delegate the delivery to other transport companies without notice, without charging additional costs to the Client.

6. Order cancellation

Please note that cancellation of your order is only possible if the related files have not yet been sent. To cancel your order, please send an email with the cancellation request to the email address  info@printingforall.com.
In any case, it is not possible to request cancellation of the order if it has already been processed in the printing phase.

7. Change of order

During the order status “order sent” or after a request from us (see file verification) you still have the possibility to send new or corrected print files to the email address  info@printingforall.com  . After checking the feasibility you will receive a confirmation email. Please consider that any changes could extend the delivery times.
Changes to orders can no longer be made once your order is concluded. In case you need to change the billing address, the payment method, the ordered print run etc. please cancel your order by sending an email to the email address  info@printingforall.com . If the order is not yet being processed, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order has been cancelled. After that you can transfer a new order. The files with the print data must then be sent back.

8. Complaints about orders

Any complaints about orders must be communicated to printingforall.com no later than the fifteenth day from receipt of the goods: after this limit the complaint is automatically considered rejected. It is the buyer’s obligation to specify the reason for the complaint, attaching photos or other documentation as proof. Any return shipping of the goods is at the expense of the sender. The Customer exonerates printingforall.com from any type of liability deriving from the use of the printed material; any complaints in this sense will be immediately rejected. Since the delivery times are not to be considered part of the offer, but purely indicative and therefore not binding, any complaint regarding any delays in delivery will be immediately rejected.
If an error in the supply by printingforall.com is ascertained (for example: error in delivery, material impossible to deliver or flyers with a completely different design than the one ordered), the reprinting and redelivery will be recognized entirely at the expense of printingforall.com, or the refund of the entire amount paid. In the event of reprinting, the Customer must observe the processing times of a new order, and acknowledges that printingforall.com cannot be considered in any way responsible for the delay in delivery of the goods.


9. Industrial property rights and copyright.

If the execution of the order infringes the rights of third parties, in particular copyright, the responsibility falls solely on the Client. The Client declares that he/she is in possession of the right to reproduce the material provided to printingforall.com. The Client exempts printingforall.com from any claims by third parties in relation to the infringement of the right.
